Akdong Musician (AKMU) Releases Thoughtful and Moving "Melted" MV

Akdong Musician (AKMU) has released the music video for their second title track, “Melted,” off their debut album, “Play.”

Akdong Musician, the winners of “K-Pop Star 2,” officially debuted with their first studio album, “Play.” Containing 11 tracks, YG Entertainment announced that of those 11, three would be title tracks. Their first was “200%,” their second is “Melted,” and their third was recently announced as “Give Love.” Each title track would have a corresponding music video. Previously, only the “200%” video had been unveiled.

While “200%” has received a lot of love, “Melted” has also, with Akdong Musician performing both on various comeback stages. The lyrics of “Melted” has especially touched many listeners’ hearts; “Melted” metaphorically compares adults with ice, and the lyrics read, “If the ice melted, then their songs would be warmer.”
