Actress Seo Ji Young Is a Mom!

Actress Seo Ji Young, who was an original member of the girl group S#arp, gave birth to a girl at a hospital in Cheongdam-dong on May 3.

On May 5, it was confirmed that Seo Ji Young gave birth naturally. Both Seo Ji Young and the baby are healthy and her family is happier since the baby was born during the National Family Month in Korea.

After dating for a year with a businessman, they married in November of 2011. At the time, Seo Ji Young said, “I really like children so I want to keep giving birth until I run out of energy.”

Seo Ji Young debuted in 1998 as a member of S#arp. After the group disbanded in 2002, she became an actor and appeared in dramas like “I’m Sorry, I Love you,” “Daemul,” and many more.

After the news of Seo Ji Young giving birth, many are saying, “Seo Ji Young has become a mom. Congratulations,” “I’m sure the daughter will be beautiful if she takes after her mom,” and “I’m curious as to what the baby looks like.”
