Woohyun, Kim Sae Ron, and Sungyeol Are Three of a Kind in New BTS Stills for "High School: Love On"

The still cuts of KBS2’s upcoming fantasy, romance drama, “High School: Love On,” has been revealed.

Infinite’s Nam Woohyun, Lee Sungyeol and actress Kim Sae Ron are seen posing with a “V” sign on the set of the drama. In the revealed cuts, Woohyun is seen wearing a white cardigan with a backpack slung over his shoulder and shyly smiling for the camera. Woohyun has a smooth yet manly charm and in the drama, he plays the role of Shin Woo Hyun who’s sly, yet over-flowing with charisma. He’s a very loyal character and many are curious as to how he will act as this character.

Additional stills of Woohyun were released which show him on a motorycle. He’s delivering food to help his grandmother who runs a ddukbokki restaurant. 

Eyes cannot be taken off of Kim Sae Ron as she’s seen smiling brightly for the camera. Kim Sae Ron has acted many dark characters but for this drama, she will be showing her bright and lively charms. Kim Sae Ron will be playing as a cheerful angel named Lee Seul Bi and she plans on being 100 percent in-sync with the character, showing a transformation in her acting.

Lee Sungyeol’s bright smile is charming. In the drama, he’ll be playing the role of Hwang Sung Yeol who’s calm and cold. However, on set, he shows a playful smile that’s similar to a 10-year-old boy. In the drama, Sungyeol’s character may seem cold on the outside, but on the inside, he’s very sensitive and warm.

Woohyun, Kim Sae Ron, Sungyeol are planning on showing a youthful romance that shows a heartbreaking friendship. It can be predicted that the three characters will mature as they contemplate and experience heartbreaks between friendship and love.

A staff of the drama said, “The way the three actors bring in their different charms and work together makes it look fun and adds on the liveliness of the set. Since the three actors are young and have the ability to become close in a short period of time, they were able to act out their characters naturally. Please look forward to their exciting romance.”

“High School: Love On” is a story about an angel who saves a male student from danger and ends up becoming a human being. It’s a fantasy, youth romance drama that shows the love and growth of the passionate teenagers. It will have a total of 20 episodes and the first episode will be aired on June 27.
