Shin Dong Yup, Yeo Jin Goo, Noh Hong Chul, and More Team Up for Brand New Variety Program

According to a broadcast representative on July 8, one of the nation’s best MCs, Shin Dong Yup, will be teaming up with Noh Hong Chul, actor Yeo Jin Goo, and architect Oh Young Wook, on a brand new MBC variety program called “Around the Neighborhood” (working title).

“Around the Neighborhood” will be directed by PD Lee Ji Sun, who is also planned and directed MBC’s “I Live Alone.” The concept of the program is that the cast members will be visiting different areas of various neighborhoods and introducing the viewers to hidden sights and attractions.

Viewers are looking forward to seeing MC Shin Dong Yup—who is currently actively appearing on a variety of shows—return to MBC since appearing on “Star Diving Show – Splash.” Also, Noh Hong Chul is expected to add even more fun with his witty words.

Within the cast, actor Yeo Jin Goo and architect Oh Young Wook (who recently got married to actress Uhm Ji Won) are raising anticipation, as they are stepping into the world of variety shows for the very first time through this show.

After the program airs a pilot episode, it will be become a regular fixed show depending on the response of viewers.
