BTOB’s Ilhoon Appointed to Perform the Opening Pitch at a Baseball Game

Jung Ilhoon, a member of the male idol group BTOB, has been appointed to do the opening pitch at a baseball game.

On August 10, according to his agency, Cube Entertainment, Jung Ilhoon will be doing the opening pitch at the baseball game between the Samsung Lions and the Nexen Heroes.

A day before the game, Jung Ilhoon wrote a message on his SNS by saying, “Tomorrow. I’m going to be doing the opening pitch! Please look forward to it.” Along with the message, he uploaded a photo of himself practicing. Cube Entertainment informed that “For this opening pitch, it’s a rare sight for a male idol to do the opening pitch and as a representative of the members of BTOB, Jung Il Hoon started practicing. Since he’ll be standing on the mound alone and in order to perform a more unique pitch, he began practicing.”

Meanwhile, in February, BTOB released their fourth mini album, “Beep Beep.”
