2NE1’s CL to Make Solo Debut in the U.S. with Support of Scooter Braun
Get ready Blackjacks, 2NE1 member CL is gearing up to make her solo debut in the U.S., marking her advancement into the American music market!
On October 16, YG Entertainment confirmed the news with OSEN, revealing, “[CL] will be releasing a single album in the spring of next year.”
According to the agency rep, Scooter Braun—a talent manager that represents a number of popular artists such as Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, as well as CL’s labelmate PSY—will play an important part in this U.S. debut. Scooter Braun will be working with the 2NE1 member by leading and supporting CL’s U.S. advancement promotions.
It has been reported that CL has already shown progress with her upcoming solo debut, with the completion of recordings for a number of songs in preparation for the single album.
