“Pride and Prejudice” Continues to Top Ratings as Romance Between Choi Jin Hyuk and Baek Jin Hee Kicks Off
MBC’s Monday and Tuesday drama “Pride and Prejudice” is maintaining its first place in ratings.
According to Nielsen Korea, the sixth episode of “Pride and Prejudice” drew in 12.8 percent viewership ratings. The drama broke its own record for highest ratings yet, topping the previous episode’s rating by 0.7 percent.
“Pride and Prejudice” faces competition for ratings in its time slot from KBS’ “Tomorrow Cantabile” and SBS’ “Secret Door.” Each recorded 5.6 percent and 5.3 percent ratings yesterday, respectively.
Meanwhile, the sixth episode of “Pride and Prejudice” saw heroine Han Yeol Moo (Baek Jin Hee) opening her heart to Goo Dong Chi (Choi Jin Hyuk), whom she first suspected was her brother’s killer. The episode saw the romance between the two accelerate, leaving viewers curious as to how the drama will proceed. The seventh episode of “Pride and “Prejudice airs Monday, November 17.
