Shin Dong Yup and Girls' Generation's Sooyoung to Host the 2014 MBC Drama Awards

Veteran comedian and host Shin Dong Yup as well as Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung are confirmed to host this year’s MBC Drama Awards.

On December 10, MBC announced that they have chosen Shin Dong Yup and Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung to host the annual awards ceremony for this year.

Shin Dong Yup is currently the host of the MBC program “Quiz to Change the World” while Girls’ Generation member Sooyoung, who has made her cross-over to acting, has recently appeared in the MBC Wednesday-Thursday mini drama “My Spring Day.” The two personalities are recognized in their respective fields, with Shin Dong Yup having years of hosting experience under his belt and Sooyoung being acknowledged for her acting in her top-rating drama.
