Lee Jong Suk and Kim Young Kwang Get in a Fight in “Pinocchio”
The two already shared tense moments previously, in episode 11. Seo Bum Jo (Kim Young Kwang) declared that he was giving up on his crush on Choi In Ha (Park Shin Hye), knowing that she and Choi Dal Po (Lee Jong Suk) liked each other. But, when he saw her drunk and alone at a food stall, he couldn’t help but worry and make sure she was taken care of. He stayed by her side until Choi Dal Po came to pick her up and the two shared an uncomfortable exchange.
However, things seemed to change in their relationships in episode 12. After finding out the true story of Choi Dal Po, Seo Bum Jo offered up any help he or his wealthy mother could give in his mission against Song Cha Ok (Jin Kyung).
But, it seems the truce might be at an end; the new stills show Seo Bum Jo grabbing Choi Dal Po by the collar and close to throwing a punch, making fans wonder what happens between the two to bring about such a situation. Choi Dal Po, likewise, returns Seo Bum Jo’s hard stare.
The stills are especially surprising as they seem out of character for Seo Bum Jo, who has thus far been portrayed as very gentle. What caused all this anger at someone who he had recently offered his loyalty to?
A writer on the show shared, “The relationship between Choi Dal Po and Seo Bum Jo has been warm so far, but you can expect a full-fledged confrontation between the two. Through upcoming events, the two characters will go through significant changes.”
