M.I.B's Kangnam Talks About Attending Year-End Festival for the First Time Since Debut

Male group M.I.B’s Kangnam has opened up about being active at the end of the year for the first time since his debut in 2011.

On the December 26 broadcast of MBC’s “I Live Alone,” the idol thanked his fans for helping him gain recognition as an entertainer this year.

When asked to share his expectations for the new year, Kangnam said, “Singers usually appear on TV to sing at the end of each year. Every year, I have been watching TV thinking ‘I’ll do that next year,’ and somehow four years have passed.”

“Luckily, this year has turned out quite well, and it looks like I’ll get to appear on TV. Because of that, my mother feels at ease, and I hope she will think ‘Our son is working even at the end of the year,’ and watch me working hard,” he revealed his innermost feelings about new opportunities coming his way.

Last week, Kangnam acted as one of the stylists for 2014 SBS Gayo Daejun‘s project group Lucky Boys together with ZE:A’s Kwanghee.
