Lee Jong Suk and Kim Woo Bin Deny Rumors of Starring in Chinese “WGM”

Kim Woo Bin and Lee Jong Suk denied that they were appearing in a Chinese “We Got Married,” a rumor first started in China.

China’s Jiangsu Satellite TV officially bought the unique format of “We Got Married” from MBC to make their own spinoff of the show named “If We’re in Love,” which will broadcast in April.

Chinese media kpopstarz reported, “Prominent Chinese actors such as Yang Zhi and Li Qin and Korean actors Lee Jong Suk and Kim Woo Bin are currently in contact with the producers.”

However, Lee Jong Suk’s agency Wellmade Yedang said, “We were totally unaware of this fact,” emphasizing that the rumors are inaccurate.

Likewise, Kim Woo Bin’s managing agency SidusHQ said, “We haven’t even received an offer to star in the Chinese ‘We Got Married,’” putting a firm end to all the rumors.
