Kangnam to Attend Hawaiian School He Was Expelled from for "Off to School"

M.I.B‘s Kangnam will be attending a school that he was previously expelled from in “Off to School.”

According to broadcast associates on February 16, Kangnam and Nam Joo Hyuk will be spending three days at a high school in Hawaii for JTBC‘s “Off to School.” It was also revealed that that school would be the same school that Kangnam had previously been expelled from.

“Off to School” had been put on hiatus since last December, as winter break began for high schools. Although they filmed at two different schools before the break, there wasn’t enough material to cover for the entire winter break. Because there was need for new episodes and the high schools are still on vacation, the Hawaiian school special was decided. It will air in March.

In particular, Kangnam is expected to reunite with the teacher who expelled him. Not only that, the official bromance couple of “Off to School,” Kangnam and Nam Joo Hyuk, are expected to show a new kind of fun as they attend a school out of the country.

Earlier, Kangnam had revealed on JTBC’s “Inside Story Salon” that he had been expelled many times, and that he attended five different schools in Hawaii.
