Girl’s Day to Be Awarded 'Performer Award' at the 27th Korea PD Awards

It has been revealed that Girl’s Day will be given the “Performer Award” by the Korean Producers & Directors’ Association at this year’s Korea Producer Awards.

On March 6, a representative of the girl group’s agency, Dream Tea Entertainment, shared, “Girl’s Day has been chosen as the winner of the ‘Performer Award’ category at the 27^th annual ‘Korea Producer Awards’ hosted by the Korean Producers & Directors’ Association.”

The Korea Producer Awards distributes awards to producers and others working in broadcast that contribute in the effort put into improving freedom of the press as well as social and cultural affairs through broadcast media. The awards ceremony will be opening up this coming March 12 at the Sangam Auditorium located in the SBS Prism Tower.

The members of Girl’s Day have expressed, “We are excited to be given the honor of winning a Korea PD Award. We are especially happy as it is a meaningful award given with the acknowledgement of producers.”
