Girl's Day Minah Rushes Over to Help Donate Coal Despite Recent Injury

Girls’ Day‘s Minah came to participate in a “Let’s Go! Dream Team” recording for a good cause despite only recently recovering from her injury.

On the March 22 episode of KBS2‘s “Let’s Go! Dream Team,” a “Sharing Coal of Love” project aired. With Sean and Kim Chang Ryul, who are well-known for their charity work, as team captains, 214 people came out for a volunteer project. In the episode, Minah appeared on broadcast for the first time in a while since sustaining a leg injury during a variety show recording.

Minah, who waved her hand high in the air cheerfully in greeting, said, “The injury is fully recovered. I heard that there was a great opportunity [to help] here, and I rushed over.”

Minah’s team captain Sean told Minah that it was okay if she carried one piece of coal at a time, and Minah said, “No, I’m going to carry 100!” showing her passion and enthusiasm to help in the cause.

Meanwhile, Minah was joined on the show by other guests including Amber of f(x), Sandeul of B1A4, Yook Sung Jae of BTOB, Kim Ha Eun, Youngji of KARA, Da Hye of BESTie, and 200 other volunteers. Together, they donated a total of 25,000 pieces of coal.
