Block B’s Fan Club Donates “Block B Well” to Cambodia for 4th Debut Anniversary
Block B‘s fan club donated a “Block B Well” near Siem Reap, Cambodia, in celebration of Block B’s fourth anniversary since debut on April 15.
Block B’s well was placed in a location that takes one hour to get to from downtown where usually poor families dwell in. The children there are often found drinking dirty puddles of water or rain. Now, they will be able to drink lots of fresh, clean water thanks to this meaningful present from Block B’s fans.
The group’s fan club stated, “Although families [in Cambodia] may not be aware of who Block B is, we wish that the children drink the fresh water they need and have a positive outlook on Block B. We hope that Block B will continue to promote and produce great songs as long as the well lasts.”
Representatives of Block B’s agency Seven Seasons Entertainment expressed their gratitude saying, “Thank you so much to the fans who donated in Block B’s name” and added, “Our company will do our best so that Block B and the current subunit BASTARZ could give back to the loving fans.”
Meanwhile, Block B’s Subunit BASTARZ has released their mini album, “Zero for Conduct” and will start promoting soon.
