Jinusean Invites Female Singers to Feature in Performances; First Up Is Sandara Park!

Jinusean is going to be mixing things up as they perform their new single “Tell Me One More Time” on music shows by inviting different female singers to accompany them on stage.

The song features YG trainee Jang Hana, and she’s been joining the guys on stage for their performances on music shows. But soon 2NE1‘s Sandara Park will be taking over!

Their current single “Tell Me One More Time” is a spin on their previous hit “Tell Me” from 1997. On April 24’s episode of KBS 2TV’s music show “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook,” Sandara Park featured in a special throwback performance of “Tell Me,” singing the part that was originally sung by Uhm Jung Hwa.

Jinusean says, “We really like 2NE1’s music. Also, Sandara Park did such a great job last week when she performed ‘Tell Me’ with us on ‘Yoo Heeyeol’s Sketchbook,’ and we seemed to work well together. So we asked her if she’d join us right then and there.”

Jinusean plans to also enlist other female singers to join them on stage to sing the female part in their song, including artists not only from YG but also other agencies. “We’re going to try to cast popular girl groups on our own in the dressing rooms at broadcasting stations,” they joke.

It seems like they’re following a similar format to what Epik High did last year for their single “Happen Ending.” While they were promoting the song, they featured several female artists, which allowed them to create new and fresh versions of the song every time they went on stage.

Sounds like we can look forward to another great performance of “Tell Me One More Time” soon!
