Rain Wins Lawsuit against Former Tenant

Superstar Rain has come out on top in yet another lawsuit against his former tenant.

The tenant in question is a 61-year-old designer, identified simply as Park in reports, who used to run a gallery in a building owned by Rain in Gangnam.

Last November, Rain filed a lawsuit against Park for leaving piles of clothes and garbage at the building and refusing to remove it.

On June 2, the court ruled that Park must remove all their waste from Rain’s property.

Rain and Park have been embroiled in a series of lawsuits over the past several years. In 2009, Rain took legal action against Park for failing to pay rent, which led to their eviction. In response, Park filed a lawsuit against Rain under claims that some pieces of art had been damaged due to a water leak. The judge ruled in Rain’s favor, and Park was later fined for protesting in front of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office.
