Lee Gook Joo Reveals Why She Declined Free Plastic Surgery

Comedian Lee Gook Joo shared a funny story about turning down a free cosmestic surgery.

On the July 22 episode of MBC’s “Radio Star,” Hong Suk Chun, Lee Gook Joo, AOA’s Jimin, and MONSTA X‘s Jooheon appeared as guests.

During the episode, Kim Gu Ra says to Lee Gook Joo, “I heard a plastic surgeon offered you 200,000,000 Won (~$200,000 USD) to get corrective jaw surgery.”

To that, Lee Gook Joo says, “Four years ago, I got asked to get free plastic surgery and then advertise for them for 200,000,000 Won. But then I asked Lee Pa Ni, and she told me it hurts a thousand times more than childbirth. I also thought that it wouldn’t make me that much prettier, so I declined.”

Hong Suk Chun, who was listening to the story, comments, “I also got an offer from a hair transplant clinic,” inciting laughter.
