DSP Media's New Girl Group April Confirms Debut Date

DSP Media‘s new girl group April has confirmed its debut date as August 24. This is the first time in seven years that DSP Media, which debuted many successful groups such as Sechs Kies, Fin.K.L, KARA, and Rainbow, debuted a new girl group.

The members of April include Somin, Chaewon, Hyunjoo, Naeun, Yena, and Jinsol. They named themselves April because “A” means the best, and “Pril” means a girl who you can’t help but love, meaning that they are the most lovable girls.

According to the affiliates, not only are the members beautiful, they are also great singers. They have previously released their silhouettes and handwritten profiles of the members, promoting themselves through various media outlets including StarCraft 2 and Pikicast.
