Update: Seo Kang Joon Confirmed for Baek In Ho Role in "Cheese in the Trap"

Just earlier today, five actors were confirmed for the upcoming webtoon based tvN drama “Cheese in the Trap.” Still, there was no one for the role of Baek In Ho, who plays a major role in the webtoon. Now we finally have news that actor Seo Kang Joon is in final talks for the role, close to clinching the deal.

Baek In Ho is what one would call a second male lead, fighting for the affection of the female lead character Hong Seol (played by Kim Go Eun). Park Hae Jin plays the role of Yoo Jung, the first male lead. Baek In Ho is a troubled young male, once regarded as a piano prodigy. He has a tough and rebellious attitude, and makes heads turn with his strong and unique look.

Seo Kang Joon is currently appearing in the MBC drama “Hwajung.”

“Cheese in the Trap” is expected to premiere in December on tvN.

Seo Kang Joon has been fully confirmed for the drama and role. He expressed his anticipation for the project, saying, “I am a fan of the webtoon so I am honored to be part of the drama. I am both excited and nervous about playing the role of Baek In Ho since he has a lot of fans. I will work hard to stay true to the character and make the role shine. I ask for your support and encouragement.”
