Tao Thanks Loyal Fans on Weibo

On October 18, Tao left a message on his Weibo, saying, “Only those close to me will be able to understand me.”

Fans are speculating that the post reflects how he feels about recent and ongoing events, including his departure from EXO, conflict with SM, and recent noise over his behavior at a fashion show.

It seems Tao may have been conscious of negative opinions toward him because he soon deleted the message, and then posted again with different wording. He said, “I am thankful to those who have trusted me and loved me the most,” along with a pouty selfie.

Meanwhile, Tao and SM’s legal dispute goes on, both sides continuing to express opposing views.
