JYP Entertainment Reveals Which Artists Will Take the College Entrance Exam This Year

It seems that most artists managed by JYP Entertainment will forgo taking the upcoming college entrance exams. This year, students born in 1997 are supposed to take the college entrance exam on November 12.

JYP Entertainment has a number of artists born in 1997, including 15&‘s Baek Yerin and Park Ji Min, as well as TWICE‘s Jihyo. However, all three of them decided not to take the exam, so that they can focus on their career as singers. An insider said, “They thought that even if they are admitted to a university, they will not be able to attend regularly in order to keep up their careers, and they have concluded that this will hurt their classmates.”

However, GOT7‘s Yugyeom will take the exam. Whether he will actually apply to colleges is still undecided.
