Winners of the Inaugural JTBC Awards Announced

Television broadcaster JTBC announced the winners of their inaugural “JTBC Awards” on December 16.

The “JTBC Awards” is an internal affair where viewers voted on their favorites in a variety of categories over a period of two weeks. The categories spanned the network’s dramas, variety programs, news programs, and staff in the usual categories such as “Program of the Year” and “Best Performance,” as well as some unusual categories like “The Film Set I’d Most Like to Experience.”

The big winner was “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,” which took home awards in many of the categories. Check out the full list of winners below!

Best Performance: Ji Hyun Woo (“Awl”)

Best Couple: Kim Sung Joo and Jung Hyung Don (“Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”)

“The Production Crew Member I Want to Buy Food For” Award: Producer Sung Hee Sung (“Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”)

Best MC: Jung Hyung Don (“Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”)

“The Film Set I’d Most Like to Experience” Award: “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator”

Kiss of the Year: Hong Jin Ho and Lady Jane (“5 Days of Summer”)

Hottest “JTBC Newsroom” Interview Guest: G-Dragon

JTBC Person of the Year: Son Seok Hee
