Korean Women Vote on Which Stars Would Make the Best Husbands or Boyfriends

KBS 2TV’s upcoming show “Best Man” recently carried out a survey to get a better idea of what it takes to win a woman’s heart.

The survey was conducted over five days, starting on December 17, and asked 1,000 Korean women in their 20s to 40s which male celebrities they would like to marry, and which they would like to date.

The nation’s MC Yoo Jae Suk was chosen by the most respondents as the man they’d like to marry, grabbing 16.7 percent of votes. In second place came Cha Seung Won with 4.2 percent, and So Ji Sub came in third with 4.1 percent of votes. Cha Tae Hyun, Ji Jin Hee, and Sean followed in fourth, fifth, and sixth place.

Meanwhile, “Oh My Venus” star So Ji Sub took first place as the man that women most wanted to date. He was voted for by 8.4 percent of respondents, and was particularly popular with those in their 30s and 40s. Yoo Jae Suk took second place with 7.1 percent of votes, while Kim Soo Hyun came in third with 4.3 percent. Following these stars on the list were Park Seo Joon, Yoo Seung Ho, Hyun Bin, Kang Dong Won, and more.

“Best Man” will be airing its first episode on March 5 at 10:35 p.m. KST on KBS.
