Watch: 26 Contestants Will Be Eliminated Next on “Produce 101”

According to the previews for the upcoming episode of the hit Mnet survival show “Produce 101,” 26 contestants will be eliminated next.

On March 10, Mnet revealed the preview video for their next show. On this eighth episode, the contestants will be judged on concepts, and they will have five genres, including EDM, hip-hop, girl crush and pop. They will also have their second round of voting.

On the preview video, you can see JYP Entertainment trainee Jeon Somi crying and hugging someone and saying, “I really wished the last person would be you, unnie,” raising anticipation for who that person might be and who might be the trainee to come out on top after the second round of voting closes.

“Produce 101” will conclude on April 1 and will result in an 11-member girl group. It has already shown to be an incredible success for the channel, with Mnet already revealing that it will produce a male version of the show next.
