2NE1's Park Bom Returns to Twitter to Cheer On Lee Hi

2NE1’s Park Bom has returned to social media to support her friend and YG Entertainment label mate, Lee Hi!

On April 20, Park Bom uploaded a photo to Twitter of Lee Hi and her co-star One from the music video for her new track “My Star.” She writes as the caption, “Hello. I’m back~ Everyone~ Lee Hi is all grown up now.. OMG..*^^* Good luck, our Lee Hi!!! As expected, “My Star” that Teddy oppa wrote is such a good song.”

This is Park Bom’s first tweet since June of 2014, when the songstress became surrounded by controversy over accusations that she had attempted to smuggle amphetamines into South Korea from the United States in 2010. Although she’s been staying out of the spotlight since that time, she recently performed with fellow 2NE1 members at the 2015 MAMA.

We can hope that this tweet is the first of many more to come soon from Park Bom!

Meanwhile, 2NE1 is expected to make a comeback this summer as a three-member group after member Minzy’s withdrawal.
