Watch: "Pentagon Maker" Survival Battle Begins With Release Of Individual Teasers And Rankings

On May 3, Naver TV Cast released new videos for the upcoming debut reality program “Pentagon Maker” as well as pentagraphs of the 10 contestants’ strengths and weaknesses.

The possible members of Pentagon housed under Cube Entertainment are: Hui, Yuto, Wooseok, E’Dawn, Kino, Shinwon, Yeo One, Yan An, Hongseok, and Jinho. They will be competing with one another for 12 weeks, and only the ones who can master the five areas written on the pentagraphs—Vocal and rap, dance, teamwork, talent and mind (character and attitude)—will be able to rise to their debut stage in July and become official members.

According to individual videos of each member, the one with the highest score on the pentagraph is, for now, Hui with 3.8 points. He received a 4 for vocal and rap, 4 for dance, 4 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 4 for mind, which averages to 3.8 points.

Kino is second in ranks, receiving a 3 for vocal and rap, 4 for dance, 4 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 4 for mind, getting a 3.6 average.

Jinho got a 4 for vocal and rap, 3 for dance, 3 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 4 for mind, which also got him an average of 3.6 and is second in ranks as well.

E’Dawn is fourth in line with an average of 3.4. He received a 4 for vocal and rap, 4 for dance, 3 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 3 for mind.

Yeo One and Wooseok got the same score, a 3.2 average, and are placed fifth in the ranks. They received a 3 for vocal and rap, 3 for dance, 4 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 3 for mind.

Yuto got a 2 for vocal and rap, 3 for dance, 3 for teamwork, 2 for talent, and 4 for mind, getting him a 2.8 average and putting him in seventh place.

Hongseok is in seventh place as well with the same 2.8 average, getting a 3 for vocal and rap, 2 for dance, 2 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 4 for mind.

Shinwon got a 2 for vocal and rap, 2 for dance, 3 for teamwork, 3 for talent, and 3 for mind, giving him a 2.6 average and placing him in ninth.

Finally, Yan An is in last place with a 2.2 average. He received a 2 for vocal and rap, 2 for dance, 3 for teamwork, 2 for talent, and 3 for mind.

This is just the start. Depending on the number of views and “likes” they get on their individual videos, their ranks will change and so will the points on the pentagraphs. Anticipation and interest has been rising for each member with the release of these videos, and fans are more excited than ever to let this survival game begin.

The reality show “Pentagon Maker” starring the members of Pentagon will air every Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday at 10 a.m. on Naver TV Cast.
