Sandara Park Celebrates 2NE1’s 7th Anniversary With Photo Of Classic Hairstyle

2NE1’s Sandara Park has shared a photo on the group’s seventh anniversary!

2NE1 debuted as a four-member group on May 17 of 2009 when they performed their epic track “Fire” on SBS’s “Inkigayo,” which turned them into a household name almost instantly as they impressed with their unique concept and talents.

One of the group’s most famous styles has been Sandara Park’s crazy “palm tree” hairstyle from back when they debuted, which was first seen in 2NE1’s collaboration with BIGBANG entitled “Lollipop.”

On May 17 of 2016, Sandara Park posted a filtered photo of herself with her trademark hairstyle, taking a selfie in the mirror with her make-up artist captured in the shot. Her caption for the photo is simply the hashtag, “#7YearsWith2NE1.”

Meanwhile, it was announced in April that member Minzy would be leaving the group after deciding not to renew her contract with YG Entertainment, and 2NE1 is expected to be making a comeback this summer as a three-member group.
