Girl's Day's Minah Talks About The Difficulties Of Wearing A Wig Throughout "Dear Fair Lady Kong Shim"

Girl’s Day’s Minah talked about the troubles she went through while wearing a wig for her drama “Dear Fair Lady Kong Shim.”

During a recent interview, Minah says, “Kong Shim wore a wig because she was balding. That’s why the drama started out with her wearing a wig.”

She continues, “But the weather was so hot and the heat rose inside the wig that it made me dizzy. My schedule was packed so I didn’t even have time to rest, but I was able to pull through it thanks to the loving viewers.”

Minah was actually supposed to only wear the wig until episode four. But the timing to take off the wig was delayed and she ended up taking it off in the final episode.

Minah says, “Thinking back to it, I think it was actually good that things turned out this way. I thought that the one thing that represents Kong Shim is her wig. I was having trouble how to express her without the wig. I’m glad this happened.”

Lastly, she wraps up her thoughts about her character and thanks her fellow co-workers, saying, “I think Kong Shim matched well with me because I am an ordinary person and so is she. I had a joyful time working with Namgoong Min, producing director Baek Soo Chan, and the rest of the cast and crew.”
