Actor Yoon Kyun Sang Talks About His Friendship With Lee Jong Suk

Yoon Kyun Sang recently talked about his upcoming drama and his friendship with Lee Jong Suk.

On February 5, the actor had an interview with MBC’s “SectionTV” to talk about his Monday-Tuesday drama “Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People.”

During the interview, Yoon Kyun Sang said, “I did a traditional drama last winter too. I then told myself that I wouldn’t do traditional dramas for the next five years, but when I read the script [for “Rebel”] I wanted to do [the role] so badly. [My character] Gildong is a person who lives with love, and I want to be that kind of figure as well.

The actor also talked about Lee Jong Suk, who he co-starred with in the previous SBS drama “Pinocchio.” “He’s a close friend as well as a senior [in terms of acting],” he said. “We’re both homebodies. Whenever we meet, we hang out at home. We talk about our projects.” He then showed a picture of himself with fellow actors Kim Eui Sung, Lee Sung Kyung, Lee Jong Suk, and more.

Meanwhile, Yoon Kyun Sang’s new MBC drama “Rebel: Thief Who Stole the People” airs every Monday-Tuesday at 10 p.m. KST.
