May Comedian Brand Reputation Rankings Revealed

Yoo Jae Suk is No. 1 on the comedian brand reputation rankings for May!

From April 3 to May 4, the Korea Business Research Institute took a look at 50 comedians’ brand participation, communication, and diffusion capacity in the media through big data analysis.

Yoo Jae Suk took first place with a total score of 4,408,770 while Park Myung Soo came in second with 3,419,285 points, and Kim Gura took the third place spot with a score of 2,802,769.

The head of the Korea Business Research Institute explained, “Yoo Jae Suk has maintained high scores in variety host and comedian brand reputation rankings. What’s more is that he is continuing to actively promote himself to bolster his position in the rankings. Brand reputation scores are meant to fall if there is a high ratio of negative reactions, and Yoo Jae Suk has a very small proportion of negativity. His positive-negative ratio was 98.57 percent on the positive side. Recently, he has evolved into a platform that’s even capable of strengthening the brands of other celebrities who work with him. Keywords associated with Yoo Jae Suk were ‘precious,’ ‘cool,’ ‘kind, and ‘cute,’ and he was linked with ‘Infinite Challenge,’ ‘Happy Together,’ and ‘Park Myung Soo.’ ”
