The pictorial had a dark, elegant feel, most likely to complement the upcoming movie, "Blue Salt," in which the actors both star. The movie, which is scheduled to be released in September 2011, is about a retired mafia boss, Doo Heon, who hopes to open a restaurant. He attends a cooking class in which he meets a mysterious young woman, named Se Bin… who is actually an assassin hired to kill him. However, the could-be-simple plot is complicated by the feelings the two develop for one each other. The movie also stars Chun Jung Myung ("Cinderella’s Sister").

Director Kim Ki Duk Wins Grand Prize in Polish Film Festival
Acclaimed director Kim Ki Duk has won the grand prize at the New Horizons International Film Festival in Poland, for his controversial movie "Arirang."
Kim not only directed "Arirang;" he starred in it as well. In the movie, he reflects on the 15 films he’s directed, as well as the people in his life. The title comes from the name of a popular Korean folk song. Kim wrote, "Through "Arirang" I understand human beings, thank the nature, and accept my life as it is now."

Kim Ha Neul was spotted at Incheon Airport early this morning. The actress was headed to Hong Kong, where she will be conducting an interview to discuss her new movie, "Blind." The movie, which premiered on August 10, has sold 803,010 in its first week alone, breaking the sales records in Korea for domestic thriller movies.

Through “Sector 7” Ha Ji Won confessed that she wanted to try and show a female warrior that was as good as Hollywood actresses. Ha Ji Won appeared on “Baek Ji-Yeon’s People Inside” that will be broadcast on August 14th. She stated, “I heard that it’s better to portray a Hollywood actress more than an Asian actress for Sector 7, I wanted to break out of that mold. However, after watching the movie my friends told me that I was scarier than the monster. I guess I was pretty scary in the film after all.”
