July Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the media coverage, participation, communication, and social indexes of 40 popular entertainers using big data collected from June 1 to July 1.
Notably, the cast of SBS’s “Running Man” claimed three out of the top five spots for July. Yoo Jae Suk topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 1,965,501, marking a 21.87 percent increase in his score since June. High-ranking phrases in the comedian’s related terms included “I like him,” “laughing,” and “boring.” His positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 59.13 percent positive reactions.
Lee Young Ja came in at a close second with a brand reputation index of 1,964,810. The comedienne rose one spot in the rankings since last month, despite seeing a slight decrease of 13.74 percent in her score.
Ji Suk Jin took third place for July with a brand reputation index of 1,846,216. The comedian enjoyed a staggering 710.99 percent increase in his score since June.
Lee Sang Min claimed fourth place in this month’s rankings with an index of 1,618,369, while Kim Jong Kook followed close behind with a score of 1,609,075.
