Nam Joo Hyuk Shares His Feelings On Making Big Screen Debut

Nam Joo Hyuk recently talked about making his big screen debut with the film “The Great Battle.”

On August 21, Nam Joo Hyuk made an appearance at a press conference held for “The Great Battle.”

Nam Joo Hyuk plays a native of Ansi city who is trapped in pandemonium. He stated, “I was happy to act with such great industry seniors. I was able to participate in this great project with great seniors. I thought that I should work hard.”

He continued, “Although it was my first time appearing in a movie, I was able have a starring role. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t burdened. However, I tried my best to win over those feelings. I put in effort to look my best in front of the seniors. After “Scarlet Heart: Goryeo,” “The Great Battle” is my second historical work, but I always try to fulfill my duty cooly.”

“The Great Battle” is a historical film that follows the 88-day battle between General Yang Manchun (played by Jo In Sung) and Tang Taizong’s army of 500 thousand troops in the city of Ansi. AOA’s Seolhyun and Uhm Tae Goo also appear in the film.

The film is set to premiere on September 19.
