MADTOWN's Lee Geon To Return As Ballad Singer Under New Name

MADTOWN’s Lee Geon is making a fresh start as a solo artist!

On November 20, Lee Geon’s new agency Soribada announced that he had officially changed his stage name to Lee Woo for his future promotions as a solo ballad singer. The agency also revealed that he would be soon be releasing a digital single entitled “010” under his new name.

Lee Geon previously dropped his first solo digital single “If I Know” last month, but he released the song under the name Lee Woo and did not reveal his face in the music video.

The singer originally debuted in 2014 as a member of the group MADTOWN. After a long hiatus due to a legal dispute between the group and their agency, he later went on to appear on KBS’s survival show “The Unit.”

Lee Woo’s second single “010” will be released online on November 23 at 6 p.m. KST.
