EXID's Solji Visits Her Own Subway Ad On Her Birthday + Thanks Fans For Love And Support
EXID’s Solji has shared a special message of gratitude to her fans!
On January 11, the day after her 31st birthday (by Korean reckoning), the EXID leader took to Instagram to thank her fans for their support.
Solji posted a photo of herself cutely posing in front of a subway ad prepared by her fans in celebration of her birthday and wrote, “I had a happy birthday amidst the [birthday] wishes and blessings of the people that I love. I sincerely thank all of you.” She then added the hashtag “LEGGO” (EXID’s official fan club name).
She also shared a photo of a birthday gift that she had received from her fans and wrote, “Thank you so, so much.”
After an extended hiatus from EXID’s promotions due to hyperthyroidism, Solji recently made her long-awaited return to the group for their comeback with “I Love You” in November. She also racked up an impressive five consecutive wins on MBC’s singing competition “The King of Mask Singer” in 2018—a triumphant return to the industry that was all the more meaningful because she had been the first to claim the throne on the show’s pilot episode back in 2015.
Last month, Solji shared the good news that after years of struggling with hyperthyroidism, her doctor had informed her that she had finally made a full recovery.
