
February Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from January 1 to February 1, 2019.
Yoo Jae Suk rose to the top of this month’s rankings with a brand reputation index of 2,130,932. The star’s highest-ranking related terms included “stand out,” “congratulations,” and “funny,” while his positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 84.01 percent positive reactions.
Lee Young Ja came in at a close second for February, scoring a total brand reputation index of 2,033,645 for the month.
Kim Sook shot up to third place in the rankings after seeing an impressive 109.13 percent increase in her score since January. The comedienne’s total brand reputation index for the month came out to 1,769,721.
