
March Variety Show Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from February 1 to March 2.
MBC’s “I Live Alone” topped the rankings for the third consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 11,286,361. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Kim Won Kyung,” “Xiumin,” and “Park Na Rae,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “effort,” “cute,” and “love.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 71.86 percent positive reactions.
JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” rose to second place on this month’s list after enjoying a 29.82 percent increase in its score since February. The variety show earned a total brand reputation index of 9,494,730 for March.
SBS’s “Wife’s Taste” took third place on the list with a brand reputation index of 6,615,995, marking a 9.10 percent increase from its February score.
