Watch: NCT 127 Surprises Fans By Joining YouTuber GoToe's Random Play Dance In New York

NCT 127 thrilled fans with a surprise appearance in New York this weekend!

On April 20, YouTube star GoToe held one of his popular random play dance events in New York City’s Washington Square Park, where a large crowd of locals gathered to dance to snippets of various K-pop songs.

Halfway through the event, the crowd went absolutely wild as NCT 127, who happened to be in town for their first U.S. concert tour, made an unexpected appearance.

Not only did the group dance together with the fans to their own songs “Regular,” “Simon Says,” “Touch,” and “Cherry Bomb,” as well as NCT U’s “Boss,” but several of the members even joined in to dance to other artists’ songs as well. Haechan jumped in to dance to BTS’s “Not Today” and Super Junior’s “Black Suit,” and in addition to joining the crowd to dance to Super Junior’s “Sorry, Sorry,” the other members were seen jamming to songs by BLACKPINK and SEVENTEEN from the sidelines.

After the event, GoToe posted a photo with NCT 127 and wrote, “Something really incredible happened to me. Accidentally, during the New York RPD [Random Play Dance], NCT 127 actually came and danced to my songs. Still, all of this is a dream for me.”

He also revealed that the group had invited him to their concert in Newark on April 24 and that he would be holding another random play dance event in front of the venue that day.

After premiering their upcoming comeback track “Superhuman” on American television this week, NCT 127 will be kicking off the U.S. leg of their first world tour “NEO CITY – The Origin” in Newark on April 24. The group will be performing in nine different cities across the United States before heading to Canada and Mexico in May.
