Watch: "Road To Kingdom" Ups Anticipation For 1st Round With Glimpses Of Contestants Backstage

Things are about to get intense in the second episode of Mnet’s “Road to Kingdom”!

In the first episode of “Road to Kingdom,” the seven boy groups — PENTAGON, ONF, Golden Child, The Boyz, VERIVERY, ONEUS, and TOO — met each other and showed off their skills through 90-second performances.

The second episode will showcase the first round of competitions titled “Song of King,” which features the seven groups performing tracks by senior artists.

On May 6, the Mnet show released snippets of the groups getting ready for the first round. All the groups seem nervous as they head for the stage, but they don’t lose their bright energy, and they’re all smiles as they prepare to put on the performances of their lives.

Golden Child and ONF energetically cheer with their dance teams, while VERIVERY can’t hide their anticipation for the first round. ONEUS and TOO seem nervous yet excited, and PENTAGON and The Boyz share encouraging words in the waiting room.
