Top 10 Korean Celebrities With The Biggest Real Estate Fortunes

In addition to their flourishing careers as celebrities, a number of Korean stars have also built impressive real estate fortunes with their hard-earned money!

On the October 30 episode of KBS 2TV’s “Entertainment Weekly Live,” the program revealed the top 10 Korean stars with the most valuable real estate holdings.

At the top of the list was superstar couple Rain and Kim Tae Hee, who own a combined 81.4 billion won (approximately $71.6 million) worth of real estate.

Second place went to another power couple: actors Kwon Sang Woo and Son Tae Young, whose current real estate holdings are worth 78.2 billion won (approximately $68.8 million).

Jun Ji Hyun came in at a close third with a 75.5 billion won (approximately $66.4 million) fortune in real estate, while Song Seung Heon came in fourth with a 69.2 billion won (approximately $60.9 million) worth of real estate.

Jang Geun Suk claimed fifth place with real estate holdings worth 55 billion won (approximately $48.4 million), while former basketball player and current variety star Seo Jang Hoon took sixth with holdings worth 46.5 billion won (approximately $40.9 million).

Seventh place went to Ha Jung Woo, who also has 46.5 billion won (approximately $40.9 million) worth of real estate assets to his name. The actor currently owns three coffee shops as well.

Eighth place went to longtime best friends Jung Woo Sung and Lee Jung Jae, who recently jointly purchased a 33 billion won (approximately $29 million) building in the Cheongdam neighborhood of Seoul. Together, the two actors own a combined 45 billion won (approximately $39.6 million) worth of real estate.

Married couple Jang Dong Gun and Ko So Young claimed ninth place with a combined 43.7 billion won (approximately $38.4 million) worth of real estate holdings, and PSY rounded out the top ten with a 40 billion won (approximately $35.2 million) fortune in real estate.
