BTS, LE SSERAFIM, Younha, And BLACKPINK Top Circle (Gaon) Weekly Charts

Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon Chart) has revealed its chart rankings for the week of December 4 to 10!

Album Chart

A full six months after its release, BTS’s anthology album “Proof” shot back up to No. 1 on this week’s physical album chart. Meanwhile, the LP version of the group’s 2017 mini album “Love Yourself: Her” entered the chart at No. 5.

Red Velvet’s “The ReVe Festival 2022 – Birthday” rose to No. 2, while Stray Kids’ “MAXIDENT” and SEVENTEEN’s “Face the Sun” both made dramatic climbs back up the chart to No. 3 and No. 4 respectively.

Overall Digital Chart + Streaming Chart

Younha maintained her double crown on the Circle charts for the fifth consecutive week, topping both the overall digital chart and the streaming chart with her viral hit “Event Horizon.”

The top five songs on this week’s overall digital chart and streaming chart were almost exactly the same. On the overall digital chart, Younha’s “Event Horizon” came in at No. 1, with NewJeans’ “Hype Boy” rising to No. 2. “Show Me the Money 11” rappers JUSTHIS, Don Malik, Huh, KHAN, Mckdaddy, and Los’ collaboration “MY WAY” (produced by R.Tee) took No. 3, followed by LE SSERAFIM’s “ANTIFRAGILE” at No. 4 and IVE’s “After LIKE” at No. 5.

The same five songs topped the streaming chart in almost exactly the same order, except “ANTIFRAGILE” and “MY WAY” swapped spots to take No. 3 and No. 4 respectively.

Global K-Pop Chart

Once again, LE SSERAFIM’s “ANTIFRAGILE” remained No. 1 on the Global K-Pop Chart, which is based on global streaming.

BTS’s RM’s new solo song “Wild Flower” (featuring Cho Youjeen) climbed to No. 2 this week, while NewJeans’ “Hype Boy” held onto its spot at No. 3.

Finally, BLACKPINK’s “Shut Down” and “Pink Venom” rounded out the top five at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.

Lim Young Woong continued to dominate the digital download chart, sweeping the top two spots once again with his songs “London Boy” and “Polaroid.”

SHINee’s Minho’s new solo track “Chase” debuted at No. 3 on this week’s chart, while BTS’s Jungkook’s FIFA World Cup song “Dreamers” climbed back up to No. 4.

Finally, Seo In Guk’s “Fallen” entered the chart at No. 5 this week.

Social Chart

BLACKPINK continued their reign at No. 1 on the social chart this week, with BTS similarly maintaining their position at No. 2.

Choi Yu Ree rose to No. 3 for the week, followed by Lim Young Woong at No. 4 and LE SSERAFIM at No. 5.
