BTS's Jimin, TWICE, xikers, TXT, Stray Kids, NCT 127, NMIXX, And NewJeans Take Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart

Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on April 15!

BTS’s Jimin’s solo debut album “FACE” spent its second consecutive week at No. 1 on the World Albums chart, and it also remained No. 1 on both the Top Album Sales chart and Top Current Album Sales chart. Additionally, both “FACE” and its title track “Like Crazy” spent their second consecutive week on the Billboard 200 and Hot 100 respectively.

TWICE’s latest mini album “READY TO BE” came in at No. 3 in its fourth consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to becoming the group’s first album to spend four weeks in the top 50 of the Billboard 200.

xikers’ debut mini album “HOUSE OF TRICKY : Doorbell Ringing” entered the World Albums chart at No. 4, and it also became only the third K-pop boy group debut album in history to enter the Billboard 200.

TXT’s latest mini album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” stayed strong at No. 5 in its 10th consecutive week on the World Albums chart, in addition to spending its 10th straight week in the top 80 of the Billboard 200.

BTS’s anthology album “Proof” took No. 7 in its 43rd consecutive week on the World Albums chart, while their 2020 album “Map of the Soul: 7” held steady at No. 11 in its 133rd week.

Stray Kids’ “MAXIDENT” ranked No. 8 in its 23rd non-consecutive week on the chart, and NCT 127’s repackaged album “Ay-Yo” successfully held onto its spot at No. 10 in its fifth consecutive week.

Finally, NMIXX’s first EP “expérgo” claimed No. 13 in its second consecutive week on the World Albums chart, while NewJeans’ debut EP “New Jeans” maintained its position at No. 15 in its 26th week.
