"Dr. Romantic 3" Rated Most Buzzworthy Drama + "Doctor Cha" Sweeps 5 Out Of 10 Spots On Actor List

Medical dramas dominated this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors!

In its first week on air, SBS’s “Dr. Romantic 3” took No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.

Not only did the third season of the hit series top the list of most buzzworthy dramas, but its cast also claimed three out of the top 10 spots on this week’s list of most buzzworthy drama cast members. Ahn Hyo Seop entered the actor rankings at No. 4, Han Suk Kyu at No. 7, and Lee Sung Kyung at No. 9.

Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Doctor Cha”—which ranked No. 2 on this week’s drama list—swept a whopping five out of the top 10 spots on the actor list, including the top three. Leads Uhm Jung Hwa and Kim Byung Chul held onto their respective spots at No. 1 and No. 2, while Myung Se Bin rose to No. 3, Min Woo Hyuk to No. 6, and Park Joon Geum to No. 10.

JTBC’s new drama “The Good Bad Mother” debuted at No. 3 on the drama list, with star Lee Do Hyun entering the actor rankings at No. 5.

ENA’s “Pale Moon” stayed strong at No. 4 on the drama list this week, while leading lady Kim Seo Hyung entered the actor list at No. 8.

Finally, Channel A’s new drama “Queen of Masks” debuted at No. 7 on the drama list, and tvN’s “Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938” debuted at No. 10.
