Hyun Bin Wishes Thai Fans “Happy Songkran”

While fans have yet to see Hyun Bin make a screen comeback after completing his mandatory military service, many lucky fans throughout Asia are getting the chance to see the popular actor in person as he travels throughout the region for his fanmeeting tour.

On April 11, Hyun Bin successfully completed the Thailand leg of his “Hyun Bin the 1^st Asia Fanmeeting Tour,” meeting over 3000 fans at the Siam Paragon.  Reportedly, at every single move the actor made, fans would cheer and shout, showing their love and adoration. In particular, the fan reaction was tremendous when Hyun Bin sang “That Man,” which was the hit track off of the O.S.T. for his drama, “Secret Garden.”

The actor also answered fan questions and posed with fans for pictures when they were called up to the stage. He also threw flowers into the audience in commemoration of Thailand’s biggest holiday, the Songkran.

Hyun Bin commented, “I was touched and thankful to all the fans that came despite it being my first visit here. It was even more special as I was able to come right before the Songkran. I want to come to Thailand again. Happy Songkran everyone!”

Hyun Bin will continue the Asia tour with visits to Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. He will visit Hong Kong next on April 19.
