EXO’s Tao Injures Foot While Filming for “Law of the Jungle,” to Receive Further Treatment in Korea
EXO-M‘s Tao made the fans worry by returning from his filming of SBS “Law of the Jungle in Solomon Islands” with an injured foot.
SM Entertainment explained today that Tao was stabbed on his right foot by the coral reefs while filming “Law of the Jungle” on July 14, ultimately injuring it. He received on-site treatment, as well as hospital treatment in Singapore and Changsha, China after filming the show. “Thankfully,” the agency explained, “there were no big injuries.”
Tao expressed his desire to keep his promise to the fans and perform at EXO‘s concert- “The Lost Planet in Changsha“- yesterday despite being injured, and upon having a check-up with the medical team, he still performed, although trying to take it as easy as he could because of his injury.
EXO-M is schedule to attend an event at Beijing today, but instead of attending it, Tao will be returning to Korea with EXO-K to have his injuries checked at a hospital in Korea.
Fellow EXO-M member Luhan also experienced slight heat exhaustion because of the heat in Changsha yesterday and had to go down from the stage for a while during the concert. SM Entertainment reassured that Luhan recovered his strength and is going to attend the schedule in Beijing.
Upon finishing his filming for “Law of the Jungle,” Tao posted on his Weibo, saying, “I missed you all. Are you all well? It’s been a while since I got to connect with you like this. The filming for ‘Law of the Jungle’ has finally ended. It’s so frustrating to not be able to use my phone for five days. There’s no internet and Weibo in Solomon. I’m sorry. Let’s go together to Qingdao! I will reveal my face that hasn’t been washed for four days and three nights, please don’t hate me.”
“Law of the Jungle in Solomon Islands” will have its first broadcast next month.
