Actor Kim Soo Hyun to Sing at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games in China

Actor Kim Soo Hyun will be singing the theme song at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games being held in Nanjing, China.

On August 14, an official from the actor’s agency spoke with OSEN and revealed, “Kim Soo Hyun was invited to perform during the opening ceremony of the Youth Olympic Games and to sing the theme song. He will be on stage with many other stars from different countries.”

According to the same official, Kim Soo Hyun will be flying out to China on August 14 in order to attend the opening ceremony on August 16. With the news of the actor performing at the Youth Olympic Games, it has become a hot issue in China.

The Youth Olympic Games is a global sports festival, much like the Olympics. Every two years, they alternate between the winter Olympics and summer Olympics. For these games, athletes from 204 countries will be in attendance and will compete for the medals in 28 different sports.
