Song Seung Hun Mistakes Uhm Tae Woong’s Daughter Ji On for a Boy?

Actor Song Seung Hun recently caused quite a laugh after mistaking actor Uhm Tae Woong’s daughter, Ji On, for a boy!

On the broadcast of KBS’ “Entertainment Weekly” that aired on July 18, the lead actors of the new movie “Wonderful Nightmare (Miss Wife),” Song Seung Hun and Uhm Jung Hwa, took part in an interview for the entertainment news program.

During the interview, Uhm Jung Hwa was asked about her niece Uhm Ji On, who is currently appearing on “Superman Returns” with her dad. She shared, “[Ji On] takes after me in that she likes to dance and sing. [She’s] really cute,” expressing her love for her niece.

After hearing this, Song Seung Hun asked, “Ji On is a son, right?” Flustered by his unexpected question, Uhm Jung Hwa said, “No, she’s a daughter. Have you not seen [the show]?”

Embarrassed after realizing his mistake, the actor immediately apologized, saying, “I’ve seen it but I didn’t know, sorry,” causing laughter.
