The Girls’ Generation finished their Asian tour which was a success. They had the highest number for audiences out of Korean girl groups. Last year on May 31 2011, they had 14 concerts in 6 Japanese cities: Osaka, Saitama, Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. Then they held 23 concerts across Seoul, Taipei, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. In total the Girls’ Generation had 230,000 viewers for their whole tour.

IU, Nicole, and Hara Dance T-ara’s "Shuffle Dance" on "Inkigayo"

During the February 12 live broadcast of SBS’ “Inkigayo”, T-ara performed their catchy single “Lovey Dovey.” While the performance of “Lovey Dovey” took place singer IU along with Goo Hara and Nicole of Kara put on a show of their own. The three MC’s were caught in the act as they were seen dancing along to the song.

Super Junior’s Donghae and Eunhyuk to Unleash “Oppa Oppa” Japanese Version

Super Junior’s Donghae and Eunhyuk will perform as a duo in Japan. They will release a Japanese version of their hit single “Oppa Oppa” on April 5. Super Junior’s Donghae tweeted, “Currently we are filming ‘Oppa Oppa,’ the Elf Oppas have arrived~” The tweet was accompanied by a picture of Dong Hae and Eunhyuk wearing aviators. The song “Oppa Oppa” is an upbeat dance song with funny lyrics. The duo performed the song on Korean music shows such as KBS “Music Bank” and SBS “Inkigayo.”

Jay Park Dance Practice Video for "Know Your Name"

On February 13 Jay Park revealed a dance practice video “Know Your Name” which is the title song of his new official album “New Breed.” The clip was posted on Youtube and is quite amusing. In the beginning Jay Park goofs off a little bit, but quickly begins to dance “in sync” with the other back dancers. In the middle of the performance he begins to dance with a female dancer. The dance has been dubbed “Playing with Fire Dance.”

IU Falls Once Again In Front Of The Cameras

Singer IU provided another funny moment as she fell on a basketball court. On February 11, IU was chosen to throw a free throw as an introduction to the 2011-2012 KB Star Professional Basketball game between Seoul Samsung and Weonju Dongbu which was held at the Jamsil Stadium in Songpa, Seoul. IU being a spokerperson for Samsung, she naturally wore the Samsung Seoul team’s colors.

IU’s official website in Japan recently revealed news regarding the singer’s Japanese debut single album. The website also disclosed other details about the upcoming album. Expectations are high and continue to increase for the singer as her Japanese debut nears. Two still shots from IU’s album were made public causing quite a stir among fans.
