Top actress Choi Ji Woo and 2PM’s Taecyeon are photographed together at an overseas promotion activity for a duty-free shop. On February 6, a photo of the two started to circulate in the Internet and the public through online community boards.

2PM to Release First Best Hits Album

2PM is set to release their first best album in Japan on March 14. The album, “2PM Best in Korea 2008-2011,” will be comprised of 2PM’s greatest hits in Korea (with Korean lyrics) as well as some unreleased tracks. It will be released in three different versions: a DVD version with songs from the “JYP Nation in Japan” concert, Junsu’s “Alive,” and Junho’s “Move On.”

Idol group 2PM member, Taecyeon, is garnering attention for his mannequin features. An online community website recently uploaded a picture with the title: “2PM’s Mannequin Taecyeon.” The revealed picture shows Taecyeon at a store grand opening in Indonesia that he models for.

K-Pop Sweeps Thai Music Charts

Thailand’s Channel V recently released their "2011 Asian Music Top 50," and results showed that out of the 50 total songs, an impressive 48 of them were Korean! From BEAST to JYJ, TVXQ, Super Junior, and SNSD, K-Pop stars dominated the charts. The only non-Korean acts on the ranking included Taiwanese stars Jay Chou and Wang Leehom in 37th and 47th place.

2PM Wins "New Artist of the Year" Award in Japan

2PM was crowned as Japan’s rookie group of the year. This past weekend in Tokyo Japan, the 26th Japanese Golden Disc Awards were held. Many artists from Japan and Korea were nominated but only few would go home with the prize. 2PM was one of the nominees for the “New Artist of the Year” award. The award looked for the most significant rookie group who showed much potential during the past year in all of Asia. Ultimately that group who fit the criteria ended up being the beastly idols of 2PM.

Se7en Releases Comeback Teaser Featuring JYP

Remember that we previously reported a strange teaser posted on JYP’s Twitter account and that it could be a hint of possibly a 2PM’s comeback? Well, surprisingly the teaser video wasn’t intended for 2PM but to Se7en instead. The teaser, called "JYP for Se7en", was revealed during today’s broadcast of "Inkigayo". It has a piano intro played by J.Y. Park while Se7en sings smoothly accompanied by the melodies of the piano.

JYP Hints at 2PM’s Comeback?

Park Jin Young, founder of JYP Entertainment, released a mysterious teaser video earlier today. In the video, he didn’t reveal anything except for the piano intro, and fans have been speculating what to make out of it. But a recent Twitter conversation between JYP and 2PM’s Wooyoung suggest 2PM’s new song might be in the works.
